Every engagement starts with a free review. Pricing is agreed in writing before any work begins — you will always know exactly what the engagement costs before we start.

How long before I see savings?

It depends on your contracts and billing cycles, but most clients see the first results from renegotiated agreements within one to two billing cycles after negotiations conclude. Your savings plan will lay out the expected timeline before you approve anything.

Do I have to switch vendors?

Not necessarily. In many cases we renegotiate better terms with your current vendors — switching is only recommended when the savings or service improvement clearly justify it, and you approve every change.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. We serve clients nationwide remotely. Reviews, negotiations, and ongoing management are all handled without the need for on-site visits.

What size business do you work with?
